The location is directly on the beach I appreciated this convenience. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning I found some favorites. Staff members provided prompt and helpful service when I needed assistance they always responded fast.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times it caused a minor disturbance.

limited view crowded buffet
i gotta say, the room i booked wasn't exactly what i expected. i mean, i paid for a "premier room", but it felt more like a standard room. the view was.. well, let's just say it faced a wall. also, the breakfast buffet could be a bit of a free-for-all. it was overcrowded and noisy, a bit like a school cafeteria, not exactly the relaxing start to the day i was hoping for.

Wonderful Stay, Excellent Staff and Beachfront Location!

I want to express my gratitude to Michelle for the warm welcome and early check-in. It was a lovely gesture. The location is superb, right on the beachfront! I found the facilities great, especially the multiple pools available to guests. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent variety of food. It was AMAZING!!!
I noticed some wear and tear in my room. It didn't detract from my experience significantly though.

easy access beach access dirty room multiple ants
the staff at the beach and pool were lovely and it was EASY to get beds at the beach.
i paid for an upgrade BUT i got a room with ants etc. IT felt dirty. my baby was bit multiple times the first night we stayed in our so called upgrade.
